Our Guarantee
We will provide first-class products and exemplary customer service because we want you to be so happy with your experience that you buy more things from us. We think it`s that simple and obvious.

Trodat and Colop products are warrantied by the manufacturer against mechanical failure for life. All other products have a 1 year Beaver Stamp Works warranty against mechanical failure.

Proofing

All prices include two proofs. We reserve the right to charge $5 for each additional proof. Please remember that we cannot start producing your order until you approve your proof, so the sooner we receive your approval, the sooner you will have your product.

Production Time

For all standard products we generally ship your product within 3 days of your proof Approval. If for any reason we cannot ship within those 3 days, we will advise you as soon as possible.

For unusual products or products that we do not have a lot of inventory in stock for there can be a 1-2 week delay. Please let us know if a special order is time sensitive.

Rush Orders
For a $10 charge your order will ship the same or next day.

Payment and Billing
We accept Visa and MasterCard by phone. If you do not have an account with us your order must be paid before shipping. To establish an account please email us and request a Credit Application form.

Artwork and Layout Fees
Complex layouts may require an additional Setup Fee. We'll tell you in our Quote. Our shop rate is $60 per hour for layouts, logo modeling and manual file conversions - billed in 5 minute increments $5/5min.

Artwork Format
We use Corel X5 principally, but can accept Illustrator CS4 files as well. We would prefer that any artwork that is submitted be a Vector file in black and white with all fonts converted to curves. If you are uncertain whether your artwork complies, please ask us. You will be given a quote on any artwork submitted not in this format for the manual translation of it if our layout department determines that it will take more than 5 minuites.

Engraving Services
We have both rotary (mechanical) and laser engravers so we can work with a wide variety of materials - metal, plastic, leather, wood and even glass. Custom engraving produces beautiful and unique gifts for employee recognition, memorials and special occasions. Contact us for more information.
