How To Order A Stamp
I need a stamp. Now what do I do?
If you know what brand and model of stamp you want, you can create it online using our Custom stamp designer on our website. Just select the product/products you want, Customize them to your satisfaction, and then Checkout.
If you need a little more help than that, we're here to
assist you! Just send us an email to info@beaverstampworks.ca or fax to 1-888-805-7204 with the following information:
Type of stamp
Self-inking, or manual? Dater? Heavy
Duty? Just the rubber die?
Text
What you want the stamp to say or show.
Include all formatting you want; centered, left aligned, all caps, bold,
italic, font, text size, etc.
Artwork
Do you have a logo or design you want
to include on your stamp? If so, email is to us. We prefer CorelDraw or
Illustrator files. Artwork must be a vector file, in true black and white, with
all fonts converted to curves.
Size
Do you have an approximate size you want
your stamp to be? If so, let us know. Otherwise we will make a suggestion for
you.
Colour
What colour ink do you want? Your
options are Black, Blue, Red, Green, and Violet. Dater stamps are available in
Black, Blue, Red, Green, Violet and Dual (blue text with red date).
Email address
We will send you a proof of your
stamp via email. Let us know if there are any edits you would like to make, or
if we spelled anything incorrectly. We won't produce anything until we receive
approval of your proof from you.
Shipping and Billing information
We need to
know where to send your order when it's complete.
